Mission Statement
The Union of Charitable Organisations of Russia was established to bolster up charity in the Russian Federation and prepare fertile land for waging charitable campaigns.
Goals
to pool up efforts of UCOR members to achieve better results from their charitable actions;
to provide comprehensive support to UCOR members (in legal, informational, financial, pecuniary and other domains);
to represent UCOR members and protect their interests in contacts with federal, regional and local authorities.
