CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION
Issued by the Moscow Registration Chamber under the Moscow City Government, the certificate enables the holder to conduct economic activities in compliance with what is set forth in the founding documents, and in accordance with the Russian laws in effect.
UNIFIED STATE REGISTER OF LEGAL ENTITIES
On 2 December 2002, the Russian Taxation Ministry issued the Union of Charitable Organisations of Russia the certificate as to the organisation having been put on the Unified State Register of Legal Entities registered prior to 1 July 2002.
