Born in the village of Valkumey, Magadan Region, on 26 June 1958.
Graduated with honours from the Lvov Military and Political Academy, where majored in military journalism. Served with the Soviet Navy's Northern Fleet; awarded the Soviet Armed Forces' Service Commendation Medal, 3rd degree.
President of the Maritime Charity Fund since 1998; appointed President, Union of Charitable Organisations of Russia in 2000; since 2006 - President, Moscow Charitable Association; Secretary, Moscow Charity Council since 2007.
Holds a degree from the Russian Academy of State Service under auspices of the President of the Russian Federation in 2001. Majored in State and Municipal Management.
Has two daughters, son and two grandsons.

Yevgeny Vladislavovich VODOPIANOV
Senior Vice President, Union of Charitable Organisations of Russia
Born in the village of Gremikha, Severomorsk District, Murmansk Region on 6 June 1955.
Graduated from the Leningrad Military Engineering Academy in 1976, and from the Military and Political College in 1986. Served with the Defence Ministry's newspapers and magazines. Joined publishing business after retirement.
President of the Blue Cross international ecology fund since 1999; joined UCOR as its Senior Vice President in 2000.
Married, has a daughter.

Vladimir Erikovich RIABTSEV
Director General, Union of Charitable Organisations of Russia
Born in Moscow on 1 June 1958.
Served with the Soviet Navy's Northern Fleet from 1976 to 1991. Working for non-profit organisations since 1995. A graduated from the Russian Plekhanov Economic Academy in 2001.
Appointed Director General, Union of Charitable Organisations of Russia, in 2001.
Married, has a daughter.
